LEADERSHIP

Principles from the Principal

My Principles of Leadership represent the foundation of my firm and provides insight into what you can expect from me as a Leader and my expectations of my Team Members.  Collectively embracing my Principles of Leadership provides the basis for the growth of EARTHManagement, LLC and produces the only outcome for our Clients and ourselves – SUCCESS!

Principle #1:  Creating and Developing a Winning Team

The foundation of EM is built on the concept of our Team Members and their empowerment.  We do not hire employees; only Team Members.  The growth and sustainability of our firm is directly proportional to the hard work, dedication, commitment, and passion of my Team Members and me.  We face the uncertainty of a small business with absolute certainty, work long hours and believe in our growth.

Principle #2:  “Go Green”

Long term sustainability is my top priority.  We do not rush business opportunities.  We create an environment of trusted clients by fostering our client's best interests, and building long-term relationships for a sustainable future.

Principle #3:  Customization of Services

What about Prison for a day!  Yes, we have “crossed over the wall” into a United States penitentiary in order to gain firsthand experience of an Environmental/Safety professional in the federal prison system.  It is our goal to provide services as specific and as unique as your business.  In order to do that, we will “work in your shoes” to provide the best and most realistic service for your organization.

Principle #4:  Serving Others

We guarantee the delivery of service excellence throughout the entire service experience – before, during and after!  We will meet the needs of our customers, external and internal, in the most professional and courteous manner.  Difficult situations will be handled with grace, sensitivity and empathy.  Honest mistakes can happen and when it does, Service Recovery becomes a top priority for our firm.  We aim to please.  If you are not satisfied with your service experience, we will fix the problem!

Principle #5:  Above and Beyond

Without compromising ethics, morals and safety, we will place the demands of our Clients above our own in order to meet your needs.  We will come in early, stay late and work hard to deliver excellent service.  When we say we will do something, consider it done!

Principle #6:  Input determines Output

Everything is a relationship dynamic!  My relationships with my Team Members and my Clients are built on our treatment and expectations of each other.  Unequivocally, we will treat everyone with inherent respect and dignity, and have a genuine care and concern, not only for our Team Members and Clients, but also for our Families.  We will expect the same of others who enter into our work environment.  When everyone is treated well, then our working environment is well.  As a Team, we will strive to always have positive interpersonal relationships that inspire cooperation, compassion, care, support, and trust among our Team Members and Clients.

Principle #7:  It’s not the Size of the Business

Don’t let the size of the company fool you!  We have a combined talent of greater than 50 years!  We have access to resources that complement our talent and can provide full, comprehensive turnkey services to your organization.  The time that we invest in our services and our work products will rival anyone.  At EM, you will find working with us very different than working with "those other guys."  We are transparent, unlayered and cost conscious.  We know that complex issues need simple, cost effective solutions and we deliver!  We work hard to ensure our top of the line experience fits your bottom-line.

Principle #8:  Competency

The only constant in our line of business is that regulations change constantly!  We can only provide the best service to our Clients and deliver the best work products by maintaining a competent Team; and training is critical!  We will invest the necessary resources to engage our Team Members in the right training environment to enhance their knowledge and foster success.

Principle #9:  Community

We work where we live, and our Community is important to us!  We are a good corporate citizen by giving back, investing and providing opportunities that contribute to a quality of life consistent with a positive and healthy environment.

EM is grateful for every opportunity to build long-term relationships with and serve existing and future clients and each other.  We will do what is right; treat everyone with respect and dignity; and work hard and tirelessly to create a strong, competent, and winning Team who will give cost-effective service with “big business” effort.
